Location:         Office-based/Hybrid (with travel across England and Wales)
Hours:             Full Time (38 hours)
Salary:             £29,000 – £34,000 per annum + Essential Car User Allowance

We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting workforce excellence within the Health and Social Care sector. This position offers the opportunity to influence change as well as advising on employee relations, staff wellbeing and policy implementation – helping to ensure a resilient, compassionate, and well supported workforce.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and specialist advice and support to Managers on a range of complex employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, capability, and change management)

  • Provide practical support and advice at regional offices with management teams,  offering HR solutions and facilitating problem solving to improve performance and delivery against targets and objectives

  • Ensure the HR function fully comply with CQC / CIW regulatory standards, Perthyn policies and employment legislation through regular monitoring, audit and feedback

  • Be visible within all regions across England / Wales acting as the ambassador for the HR function, demonstrating and promoting Perthyn’s values, ethos, aims and objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience working in a HR Advisory role or equivalent      

  • Experience of advising senior managers and staff on a full range of HR matters

  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate

  • Effective verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Level 5 CIPD or equivalent

    Desirable:

  • Experience of HR in social care, charity, or a regulated sector
