About the Role

At Perthyn, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers the people we support to live fulfilling lives. As our Senior Quality Assurance and Regulation Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the standards that define our organisation.

You will support the development and implementation of robust quality assurance frameworks, conduct audits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive and deliver continuous improvements across all departments.

You’ll be actively involved in visiting homes, engaging with the people we support, and mentoring colleagues to embed a culture of excellence. You will be joining a supportive team of three other team members within the Quality Assurance and Regulation team, who work collaboratively and are committed to improving quality and regulatory compliance across all services.

This role requires flexibility, travel, and a proactive approach to change, innovation, and leadership. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that values integrity, accountability, and resilience and you’ll help ensure that Perthyn continues to deliver safe, effective, and inclusive support.
